Charlise Tiee and Philip Wilk were married Dec. 14, 2002, at the Marriott Hotel and Tennis Club, Newport Beach, Calif., in a ceremony performed by the uncle of the bride, Kip Fulbeck. A reception followed at the hotel. After a honeymoon in Venice, they are making their first home in Munich, Germany.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Tiee of Corona del Mar, Calif. She is a 1995 graduate of Corona del Mar High School and a 1999 graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.

The groom is the son of Edgar and Brenda "Kay" Wilk of Bremerton. He is a 1991 graduate of Central Kitsap High School, a 1995 graduate of Reed College in Portland, Ore., and a 2001 graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. He is a research associate at the Institute for Radiochemistry, Technical University in Munich.
